【摘要】:DESIG1.1Thispracticeisintendedtosatisfythedemandforinformationonthebasicproceduresforthesafehandlingandtransfillingofsmall(notbulk)paintballcompressedaircylinderscommonlyusedwithapaintballmarkerforpropulsionofapaintball.Thisstandarddoesnotaddressissuesdealingwiththetransfilling,storage,andhandlingofsupplycylindersthatmaybeusedintransfillingsmallercylinders.1.2Thecompressedairfillproceduresarewrittenforthepressurecylindertransfillingmethodmostcommonlyusedbypaintballfieldorstoreoperators,orboth.1.3Thisdocumentshouldnotbeconfusedwithfederal,state,provincial,ormunicipalspecificationsorregulations;insurancerequirements;ornationalsafetycodes.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitations,suchasandnotlimitedtoDOT,CGA,andOSHA,priortouse.
