【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthermalperformanceoftrackingconcentratingsolarcollectorsthatheatfluidsforuseinthermalsystems.1.2Thistestmethodappliestoone-ortwo-axistrackingreflectingconcentratingcollectorsinwhichthefluidentersthecollectorthroughasingleinletandleavesthecollectorthroughasingleoutlet,andtothosecollectorswhereasingleinletandoutletcanbeeffectivelyprovided,suchasintoparallelinletsandoutletsofmultiplecollectormodules.1.3Thistestmethodisintendedforthosecollectorswhosedesignissuchthattheeffectsofdiffuseirradianceonperformanceisnegligibleandwhoseperformancecanbecharacterizedintermsofdirectirradiance.Note18212;Forpurposesofclarification,thismethodshallapplytocollectorswithageometricconcentrationratioofsevenorgreater.1.4Thecollectormaybetestedeitherasathermalcollectionsubsystemwheretheeffectsoftrackingerrorshavebeenessentiallyremovedfromthethermalperformance,orasasystemwiththemanufacturer-suppliedtrackingmechanism.1.4.1Thetestsappearasfollows:SectionLinearSingle-AxisTrackingCollectorsTestedasThermalCollectionSubsystems11-13SystemTestingofLinearSingle-AxisTrackingCollectors14-16LinearTwo-AxisTrackingandPointFocusCollectorsTestedasThermalCollectionSubsystems17-19SystemTestingofPointFocusandLinearTwo-AxisTrackingCollectors20-22

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversshipboard,fixed(installed)foam/sprinklingfirefightingsystems.1.2Satisfactorycompletionofthesetestsindicatesfunctionalperformanceofthefixedfoamfirefightingsystemandmaybeusedtodemonstratethesysteminstallation''scompliancewiththedesigncharacteristicsofthesystem.1.3Testsmadeinconformitywiththistestmethodareintendedtodemonstratetheinstallationandoperationofaninstalled,fixedfoamfirefightingsystem.Asitincludesregulatoryrequirements,thisstandardaddressesthosevesselssubjecttoregulationsandshipclassificationrules.However,themethodsstatedhereinaresuitableforunregulatedcommercialvessels,pleasurecraft,militaryvessels,andsimilarvesselsthatarenotrequiredtomeetregulationsforfirefightingsystems.1.4Limitations1.4.1Internationalrequirements,nationalregulations,andshipclassificationrulesmustbeconsulted.Thefollowingregulatoryrequirementsandclassificationsocietyruleswereconsideredinthepreparationofthistestmethod:1.4.1.1InternationalConventionfortheSafetyofLifeatSea(SOLAS),1974SOLASConvention,1978SOLASProtocol,andthe1981and1983SOLASAmendments,II-2/8,"Fixedlow-expansionfoamextinguishingsystemsinmachineryspaces,"1.4.1.2U.S.Governmentregulationsincludedin46CFR76,46CFR95,and46CFR108asthoseregulationsarewrittenandenforcedbytheUnitedStatesCostGuard,and1.4.1.3TheAmericanBureauofShipping(ABS)RulesforBuildingandClassingSteelVessels.However,theownerwilldesignatethespecificclassificationsocietywhichistobeusedtoclassifyaparticularvessel.1.4.2Therequirements,regulations,andrulesforaspecificdesignmustbeselectedbytheownerbasedontheplannedoperatingprofileforthevessel.1.4.3Thistestmethodreflectsinternationalrequirements,U.S.Governmentregulations,andABSrulesineffectatthetimeitwasprepared,andmaynotincluderequirementsadoptedsubsequenttotheeffectivedateofthistestmethod.1.4.4Thistestmethoddoesnotincluderequirementsfortheselection,design,installation,andmaintenanceoffoamfirefightingsystems.Itappliestoinstalledsystemswhosedesignsmeetallapplicableinternationalrequirements,nationalregulations,andshipclassificationrules.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
