【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterial,design,manufacturing,testinganddocumentationforstationarypipingintendedforuseinrefrigeratingsystems,heatpumpsandsecondarycoolingandheatingsystems.theserefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsystemsarereferencedinthisstandardasrefrigeratingsystemsasdefinedinEN378-1.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingincludingweldedorbrazedattachmentsuptoandincludingtheflanges,screwed,weldedorbrazedconnectorsortotheedgetobeweldedorbrazedatthefirstcircumferentialjointconnectingpipingorotherelements.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestotheselection,applicationandinstallationofsafetyaccessoriesintendedtoprotectthepipingduringthevariousphasesoftherefrigerationcycle.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingpiping:-heatexchangerconsistingofpipingforthepurposeofcoolingorheatingairwherepipingaspectsarepredominant;-pipingincorporatedintoanassembly(e.g.selfcontainedsystem,condensingunit);-fielderectedpiping.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingwithaninternalpressuredownto-1bar,toaccountfortheevacuationofthepipingpriortochargingwithrefrigerant.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoboththemechanicalloadingconditionsandthermalconditionsasdefinedinEN13480-3associatedwithrefrigeratingsystems.ItappliestopipingsubjecttothemaximumallowabletemperaturesforwhichnominaldesignstressesformaterialsarederivedusingEN14276-1-2006+A1orasspecifiedinthiseuropeanstandard.Inadditionpipingdesignedtothisstandardneedstohaveamaximumdesigntemperaturenotexceeding200℃andamaximumdesignpressurenotexceeding64bar.Outsideoftheselimits,EN13480shouldbeusedforthedesignconstructionandinspectionofthepiping.underthesecircumstancestheuniquenatureofarefrigeratingplant,asindicatedintheintroductionofEN14276-1-2006+A1,needsalsotobetakenintoaccount.1.7ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopipingwherethemainpressurebearingpartsaremanufacturedfrommetallicductilematerialsasdefinedinClause4andinEN14276-1-2006+A1.
