【摘要】:Theseareminimumstandardsapplicabletotheidentificationofseizeddrugs.Itisrecognizedthatthecorrectidentificationofadrugorchemicaldependsontheuseofananalyticalschemebasedonvalidatedmethodsandthecompetenceoftheanalyst.Thispracticerequirestheuseofmultipleuncorrelatedtechniques.Itdoesnotdiscouragetheuseofanyparticularmethodwithinananalyticalscheme.Uniquerequirementsindifferentjurisdictionsmaydictatetheactualpracticesfollowedbyaparticularlaboratory.Theseareminimumstandardsforidentificationofcommonlyseizeddrugs.However,itshouldbenotedthattheymaynotbesufficientforidentificationofalldrugsinallcircumstances.Withinthispractice,itisuptotheindividuallaboratorytodeterminewhichcombinationofanalyticaltechniquesbestsatisfiestherequirementsofitsjurisdictions.1.1Thispracticedescribesminimumcriteriaforthequalitativeanalysis(identification)ofseizeddrugs.1.2Listedareanumberofanalyticaltechniquesfortheidentificationofseizeddrugs.Thesetechniquesaregroupedonthebasisoftheirdiscriminatingpower.Analyticalschemesbasedonthesegroupingsaredescribed.1.3AdditionalinformationisfoundinGuidesE1968andE1969andPracticesE2326andE2327.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsandtestmethodsfortheconstruction,safety,andmarkingofdecorativefueleffectgasappliancesnotexceedinganominalheatinputof20kW,(basedonthenetcalorificvalue),thereafterreferredtoasappliances.Thisstandardisapplicabletoappliancesthataredesignedtosimulateasolidfuelfireandincorporateanaturaldraughtburnerwithorwithoutanignitionburner.Theappliancesarefordecorativepurposesonlyandarenotheatingappliances.ThisstandardisapplicabletotypeBAS,asdescribedin4.2.2,decorativefueleffectgasappliancesthataredesignedtobeinstalledwithinanon-combustiblebuilder'sopeningoranon-combustiblefireplacerecess.Inaddition,thisstandardisapplicabletodecorativefuel-effectgasappliancesthataredesignedtobeinstalledunderanon-combustiblecanopywhichmaybeindependentorintegralwithafluebox,forwhichadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedinannexC.Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:-catalyticcombustionappliances;-appliancesinwhichthesupplyofcombustionairand/ortheevacuationofproductsofcombustionisachievedbymechanicalmeans.Thisstandardisonlyapplicabletoapplianceswhichareintendedtobetypetested.Mattersrelatedtoqualityassurancesystems,testsduringproductionandtocertificatesofconformityofauxiliarydevicesarenotdealtwithbythisstandard.RequirementsconcerningtherationaluseofenergyhavenotbeenincludedinthisEuropeanStandardbecausetheappliancesarefordecorativepurposes.
